02 Zucchini (roasted), 03 to 04 garlic cloves, Salt according to taste, Mustard oil-half teaspoon, Tamarind pulp, Whole red chilli-one
Method of making Zucchini Chutney, First of all, clean the Zucchini thoroughly with water and dry it., Now roast the Zucchini on fire along with the peel. When the Zucchini is well roasted, cool it. Now clean the burnt peel lightly. Then put one whole red chilli, 02 to 03 cloves of garlic, salt, tamarind pulp and water in a blender and stir it. After blending, take it out in a bowl. Now add mustard oil and salt to it and mix well. That's it! Spicy Zucchini Chutney is ready.
